Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed by the Israel Defense Forces for training military personnel in hand-to-hand combat. Krav Maga uses instinctive movements and it is designed to be practical and intuitive for people of any age, shape or size.

When conflict is unavoidable, we will show you how to use everything at your disposal to neutralize the situation and teach you the most relevant Self Defense techniques in the world today from social aggression situations to social violent scenarios.
