Louis recently retired from the Arkansas State Police. He has thirty years of law enforcement experience. During the last six years of his career, Louis was assigned to the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force. He proudly served on the Arkansas State Police SWAT team for 11 years. Louis has always had a passion for training and teaching others how to develop and improve their skills. While working with the state police, Louis was frequently assigned to training duties. He was a law enforcement Firearms Instructor, Active Shooter Instructor, and Defensive Tactics Instructor. During state police training academies, Louis assisted in training new recruits in physical fitness, traffic stops, building searches, and active shooter response.
Louis is a USCCA Certified instructor and is looking forward to helping Decision Tactical teach the community firearms safety and how to protect their loved ones.
